    I Love Kickboxing

    This is one of the best place for complete body transformation with less sacrifices on diet. My goal was to get into good shape, cut down extra fat, increase stamina and i was able to see results in 2 months. The class is nicely divided to include cardio, kickboxing, stretching and muscle relaxing exercises. I felt very fresh, productive after kickboxing class and definitely helped improved my lifestyle. Usually within 2-3 months we can see some changes as it's 1 hour of intense workout and not like gym where we need to spend 2hrs/day for 3-4 months to see some changes. I would recommend taking at least 8-10 classes and fit's helpful or people of all age. Also instructors here are very helpful and amazing
