Merry Maids Position Description

Position Title: Quality Assurance Associate/Trainer
Company:  Merry Maids of Levittown
Basic Function
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance/control, customer relations, and team member relations.
Primary Responsibilities

1. All primary responsibilities of a Trainer and assisting in development and growth of current employees.
2.Coordinate, monitor, and participate in video and on-the-job training as necessary.
3. Inspect homes on a regular basis as assigned and interacting with associates as well as clients.
4. Follow-up with associates and clients to resolve customer concerns.
5. Advise administrative staff/owner of customer or associate relations problems.
6. Assist in preparation of daily cleaning schedule.
7. Prepare team books and cleaning assignments.
8. Maintain and inventory equipment, supplies, and products to ensure that all kits are complete and ready each morning.
9. Assist with cleanings when needed.

Secondary Responsibilities

1.     Maintain a clean and fresh appearance of the office.
2.     At all times contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company.
3.     Maintain cleaning product dispensers and cleaning cloths.
4.     Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested.

Essential Qualifications

       (Include minimum education, experience, specific skills, etc. required to perform Primary Responsibilities.)

1.     Speaking and hearing English and Spanish clearly in person and on the telephone.
2.     Reading English on an average adult level.
3.     Writing English clearly.
4.     Establish rapport with clients and associates.

Special Requirements
(Include physical and environmental conditions, equipment, and machinery.)

1.Ability to use a personal computer.
2. Ability to drive to several work site locations throughout the workday.
3. Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
4. Ability to lift 20 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
5. Ability to wash all hard surface floors on hands and knees.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·Professionally clean homes using Merry Maids unique cleaning products and procedures.
·Availability Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. End time varies based on number of houses.
·We start our day in our local office, meet as a team to review our clients cleaning schedule, and then cleaning associates drive to our client’s homes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.

  • At least 18 years old or over.

  • Have the physical energy and stamina to clean 3-4 homes daily, work with a teammate, move reasonable light furniture to clean under and behind, clean and sanitize
